

The founder of The Mindful Paths, with over 17 years of diverse experience, noted that whether called psychology, yoga, meditation, or indigenous medicine, all aim for a fulfilling life. Achieving mental health allows physical health to follow naturally. Any disease—by its name, indicates the absence of ease—manifests either mentally or physically.
My healing methodologies stem from a passion for psychology, which opened the door to various holistic practices. In my early 20s, I began exploring our functions through workshops in Hungary and later completed my degree. This journey led to mindfulness, yoga, and plant medicines, including Ice Baths. A trip to Peru deepened my connection with plant healing and motivated me to complete a 600-hour yoga teacher training while learning about cacao and hapè, gifts from Pacha Mama. Through these experiences, I understand how these modalities can enhance your wellbeing and healing journey.
