What is Szilvia qualified to host?

Over 17 years of continuous training across psychology, yoga, sound healing, meditation, cold therapy, breathwork, and ceremonial facilitation. She is here to support your groups and teams.

BSc (Hons) in Psychology (UK)

Earned during her seven-year tenure with Emirates in premium cabin service. Provides the rigorous academic foundation for trauma-informed, neuroscience-aware facilitation.

640-hour RYT yoga teacher

Multiple yoga teacher trainings totalling 640 hours, more than three times the standard 200-hour requirement. Covers Hatha, Vinyasa, restorative, pranayama, anatomy, and trauma-informed sequencing.

Level 3 sound healing practitioner

Trained in Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gong, and floating sound bath delivery. Anchored in the science of vibration, vagal toning, and HRV regulation.

Compassionate Inquiry student

Currently studying under Dr. Gabor Maté in his year-long Compassionate Inquiry (CI) programme. Adds a layer of psychological depth through trauma-informed somatic inquiry.

Breathwork facilitator

Breathwork is integrated across her multiple yoga teacher trainings. As a current CI student, her breathwork methods are increasingly sophisticated, combining trauma-informed somatic inquiry with controlled breathing protocols for nervous system regulation.

Cold therapy facilitator

Trained in guided ice bath and cold exposure protocols. Even a 3-minute guided immersion releases long-lasting dopamine and snaps the system out of overwhelm.

Cacao ceremony facilitator

Months of study on cacao farms in Guatemala with indigenous leaders. Honours the Mayan lineage by integrating traditional botanical wisdom with modern psychological principles.

Mayan Sacred Calendar

Field study across Peru, Brazil, Guatemala, Argentina, and Mexico, learning the traditional uses of botanical nootropics and the Sacred Mayan Calendar from indigenous teachers.
